Steps

Soak the rice in luke warm water for 15- 20 min

Heat the pressure cooker pour oil and fry the cardamon, cloves, brinji leaves and pattai in it

Add the chopped pudina, green chilli and fry it for 5-7 min

Add ginger garlic paste and onion paste and fry it

Add chilli powder, coriander powder and tomato fry it well

Add coconut milk, salt, lemon juice, water and leave it to boil pointing

Add rice and close the pressure cooker with the lid

Leave it for 2-3 whistles and garnish it with onion and coriander leaves

Serve it with raita. yummy!!!!!!!!!!!
