Steps

Wash the cauliflower in plain cold water with salt and turmeric powder

Then boil cauliflower for 10 minutes in hot water

Heat the pan pour oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves to it

Add cauliflower, salt, sambhar powder, besan flour, rice flour to it

Then fry it for around 10- 15 minutes.

A yummy cauliflower fry is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves.
