Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice cooked
  • 1 cupmozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cupparmesan cheese
  • ¼ cupCilantro , finely chopped
  • 1 cupFresh cream
  • 3 to 4 cupsBreadcrumb rice need to roll the ball
  • to tasteSalt
  • PREPARING VEGETABLES
  • 2 teaspoonsoil
  • ¼ cupcarrot , finely chopped
  • ¼ cuponions , finely chopped
  • 2green chillies , finely chopped

    VEGETABLES (Optional)

    Heat oil in a pan and add the vegetables. Saute until the vegetable is almost cooked. Let it cool.

    Rice balls

  4. 4

    Add the cooked vegetables to the rice. Add salt. Taste and adjust as needed.

  5. 5

    Add the cilantro and cheese and mix well. Add  the fresh cream  and mix again.

  6. 6

    Tightly roll the mixture into 1 inch diameter balls. If the mixture doesn't hold, then add some more mozzarella cheese.dip the rice balls is it and coat it with bread crumbs.

  7. 7

    Place them on a tray lined with plastic wrap with space between then.

  8. 8

    Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and deep fry for about 2 minutes on each side till the coating is golden brown.

  9. 9

    Serve with sauce or ketchup.
