Classic French Omelette
Omelette - The traditional French way
Steps

Whisk the eggs with all the ingredients

Heat pan[low-medium] and add some butter. do not make the butter brown.

Pour in the mixture. after 10 secs whisk the contents in the pan with a fork[the flat side touching the pan] rigorously[back and forth] till the whisk is semi solid.

Move the contents to one side of the pan and fold-in slightly the side which is less thick. add cheese and fold-in the thicker side.

Serve with the unfolded sides on the top. Serve hot for creamy cheese. serve after 5 mins for stretchy cheese.
