Steps

Chopped fenugreek leaves and wash it carefully.keep it aside.

In a big bowl,take millet flour,add salt,red chilly,turmeric and sugar along with chopped leaves.

Add little oil.

Knead it well with the help water.

Make a dough of it.this dough should not be loose or too tight.but it should be medium.

Once a dough is ready,keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Make small lemon sized dough.and make thin rotis.

Heat a griddle and cook the rotis on both sides.

Drizzle oil on it..

Your bajare ki roti is ready with in few minutes.
