Cooking Instructions

Mix dry ingredients well.

Add beer and mix until all is combined.

Dip fish or chicken in flour to dredge, then in wet batter.

Drop carefully into hot oil, 350°F and fry until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels or rack to remove excess oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

This is also good for onion rings, shrimp, veggies or mushrooms.
