Ingredients

  1. The egg
  2. 4free range eggs
  3. 1knob of butter
  4. 1grated cheddar
  5. 1chives
  6. dressing for squid
  7. 1chili powder
  8. 1lemon juice
  9. 1salt & pepper
  10. 1olive oil, extra virgin
  11. 1garlic (mashed)
  12. 1whole squid

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare dressing for squid

    Slice squid into rings and dap dry

  3. 3

    fry squid rings with butter to crisps and toss it in the dressing*

  4. 4

    fry the egg in the remaining oil, spread the egg about the pan surface

  5. 5

    add in squid mix while runny

  6. 6

    add grated cheddar and chopped chives when omelette firms

  7. 7

    some lemon juice and ready to serve
