Ingredients

  1. 1 CupShrimp Dried
  2. 1 TablespoonCoconut oil
  3. 1 TeaspoonMustard seeds
  4. 1/2 TeaspoonJeera
  5. 1Onion chopped
  6. 2chillies Green Fresh
  7. 3 CupsSnake Gourd finely chopped / grated
  8. 1 CupCoconut Grated
  9. 1 To TasteCurryleaves
  10. 1/2 Teaspoonchilly Red Powder
  11. 1/2 TeaspoonTumeric Powder
  12. 1 To TasteSalt

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Splutter mustard seeds in oil(coconut oil) preferably. Add the Curry leaves and then the dried shrimp. Saute well till it turns crispy.

  2. 2

    Add Red chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera and saute once more.

  3. 3

    Mix the grated vegetable, onion, green chillies and coconut nicely with your hand.

  4. 4

    Now add the mix to the pan and saute well.

  5. 5

    Close the pan with a lid and cook for about 10 mins in simmer.
