Grind bell pepper, chilly powder, tomato paste and garlic with vinegar.

Fry the chicken and peas with cumin until it is dry.

Add the paste and fry for a while. Now add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes.

Finally add the cream and let it simmer until the gravy has reached the desired thickness.
