Stuffed Idlis

Idlis are a traditional breakfast in South Indian homes and are made out of a batter of fermented black lentils and rice. I heard of stuffed idlis a while ago, and thought it was quite interesting especially since mr.husband had not eaten it. I don't make idlis that often in my house due to lack of time  but I try to make it cause the hubby loves them. If you are into idlis, definitely recommend making this. I made the filling quite simple cause I was trying it for the first time, but you can definitely change it to suit your liking

Welcome to my Blog The Eaterspot. My blogging journey began in March 2010. I had just relocated from the US, and living in Wellington, New Zealand was definitely a whole lot different from the US. The day after I landed here, I began a full time job, but I still had a whole lot of free time after 5pm. I was cooking a lot of new dishes from various cuisines so the blog was born to document my cooking for my friends and family to follow what we are upto as a newly married couple and to see what we were eating! Thanks for visting my spot!
