Ingredients

  • 4 Cupschickpeas cooked and drained
  • 2tahini tbl
  • 4olive oil tbl
  • 2red peppers roasted
  • 1 tspsalt (plus more to taste)
  • 1 tspred pepper crushed flakes
  • 2 clovesgarlic crushed
  • 1/4 cupwater (maybe a little less or more depending on consistency)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients to a food processor except for the water.

  2. 2

    Process. Add water to get desired consistency. More water = thinner texture.

  3. 3

    Use as a dip for veggies or pita or as a condiment on sandwiches !
