2 clovesgarlic crushed
1/4 cupwater (maybe a little less or more depending on consistency)

Steps

Add all the ingredients to a food processor except for the water.

Process. Add water to get desired consistency. More water = thinner texture.

Use as a dip for veggies or pita or as a condiment on sandwiches !
