Papaya + Orange + Sweet Lime Drink

It’s the month of DEcember, a month when the chill of the winter sets in and I crave to make hot soups, hot chocolate, warm muffins. parathas for those cold winter days.
Looks like this year Global Warming has delayed this for me, for the past few days .. It’s been really hot especially during the day. I seem to eat more fruits (no harm there) rather than making piping hot rassam or thick soups.
I always have a large stock of fruits at home which I replenish before they are over.. one of the fruits which I like to finish before is gets all mushy squashy is the papaya, the best way for me to eat this is by making a simple cool drink with combinations of various fruits.
I had shared a Papaya + Ginger + Lime Cooler recipe before here is another simple drink, tastes good, goes well for breakfast or as a filler before dinner.

Steps
- 1
Add the chopped papaya, orange and sweet lime together in the mixer with one cup water and salt.
- 2
Wizz it and pour in a tall glass, I did not use any sugar in the drink. The papaya and the orange were sweet ad the tsp of salt helped to cut the tanginess.
- 3
But if you want it sweet, add sugar or honey
- 4
Add some ice in the mixer and get a real cool drink.
