Majjiga Pulusu (Butter milk Stew)

This is my all time favorite recipe. When ever I came to home from my hostel, the first thing I will ask my mom to do is this one. And its a easy recipe. When we are running short of time and need to prepare something tasty means....TADA!! can go with this simple recipe.
We friends named it as bachelors recipe as when we used to stay in an apartment during our work, almost thrice a week we used to prepare this. But to prepare this recipe we should have a good amount of curd. And the real taste is when the curd turns little sour. Ingredients are also very minimal. I used Onions, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves.
We can eat this with rice with some pickle and goes better with chapati also but with thick consistency.
