  2. 2 CupCabbage (Bite Size)
  3. 1 TbspCoconut Oil (or Olive Oil)
  4. ---------------------------------------------------------
  5. <Sauce>
  6. 1 TbspMiso Paste
  7. 1 TbspSake (or Water)
  8. 1/2 tspSoy Sauce
  9. 1 tspHoney (or Sugar)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut salmon and cabbage with bite size.

    All the ingredients of sauce into small bowl and mix it well.

    Heat the oil in a skillet and saute them on middle heat few minutes.

    Add mixed sauce and keep saute it.

    Use the lid on the skillet and cook few more minutes.

    If you wish, garnish with some chopped scallions. And ready to eat!

Hi! Welcome to my cookpad page. My cooking motto is "simple and healthy". In the city of Kobe, Japan where I grew up, there are a lot of good bakery shops, but after I moved here to Florida in 1997, I missed the tasty breads and Japanese foods so much! Then I thought, "Why don't I make it?" So, now I bake breads almost everyday and cooking Japanese foods here in Florida. It's difficult to find some Japanese ingredients, but I'm trying. I also plant Japanese vegetables to use for cooking.
