Mango Tiramisu - Innovative Version

#CA26 #Week13 #rainydaybites #Mango #cookpadindia #Desserts #newrecipe #Eidspecial #Eggless
Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert made with Ladyfingers, Mascarpone cheese and Espresso. Here is my cheat version that is Eggless and absolutely a delightful affair but with juicy and delicious Mangoes. As Mangoes were about to vanish from the markets and as Summer winds up, this is my last dessert using Mangoes this Year.
I had whipped up this gorgeous Eggless Tiramisu the other day for a kids party at home. And that's not all. It was a huge hit with my folks.
The creamy melt in mouth milky cheesy Tiramisu was a pure bliss. The texture was on point. Everything was just perfect. And the best part was that it was the easiest one. The dessert was too good.
Only thing is that there should be a good Mascarpone cheese handy to be able to make this and this particular Cheese adds that bit of awesomeness to this entire dessert. Let's get started.
Happy Monsoons!

Steps
- 1
Make fresh mango puree and juice for the recipe as the first step. Set aside until use.
- 2
Now for the whipping cream. Beat it using a hand held electric blender by adding little of the condensed milk at a time. Beat mascarpone cheese until soft and supple. Fold it in the prepared whipping cream mix along with mango puree as well. Refrigerate until use.
- 3
Now it's time for the assembling of the dessert. Take a rectangular or an oval glass dish. Dip the milk rusks one by one in the prepared mango juice.
- 4
Arrange the first layer of the mango soaked rusks in the glass dish. Spread a thick layer of mascarpone cheese and cream on them. Follow it up again with a layer of mango juice soaked rusks. And then top it up with the cheese and cream layer. Follow the same until all done.
- 5
Refrigerate for a good 4-5 hours or so. Just before serving, dust some lightly toasted fresh grated coconut (optional) and mango cubes on top just as I did. Slice and enjoy. Yum!
