Steps

First of all, peel the onion but leave it in it. and slice it and cut it in such a way that it should remain whole

Add salt and water to the flour and make the dough.
for the dry batter, add salt and chilli powder to the flour, cornflour and gram flour and mix it and keep it aside.

Now rub the onion in the dry batter and then dip it in the batter and rub it again in the dry batter. shake off the excess flour.

Then put it in the fridge for 15 minutes

Then fry it in warm oil on low to medium heat. when it becomes crispy, it is ready. serve with cheese dip.
