  • 3Eggs
  • 50 gSilver fish
  • 1 stalkGreen onions
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 pinchWhite pepper
  • 1 tbspCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and white pepper.

    Add chopped green onions and silver fish to the eggs, mix gently.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Pour in the egg mixture and cook until set, then flip or cover to finish cooking.

  5. 5

    Slide onto a plate and serve warm.

Tips

For extra fluffiness, whisk the eggs well and cook on low heat.
