Steps

Wash liver,get a clean pot add water put the liver,add maggi and salt boil for 10 min

Wash carrot scribe the back and cube,wash onion and cut thinly,wash and cut pepper.Blend ginger and garlic.

Remove the boiled liver and cube.wash rice parboil for 20 min then wash and drain rice.pour the drained rice inside the meat stock and allow to boil until the water dries off.

Get a clean pan,place on heat add veg oil allow to heat add onion,carrot,pepper,ginger and garlic stir then add chopped liver,curry.

Stir very well then add to the pot of rice use wooden spoon to stir.

Fried rice is ready,cut lettuce and place on the plate of the rice.

Its very very delicious.
