Leftover rotis, for example, can be transformed into a variety of delicious dishes with simple ingredients. This not only helps reduce food waste but also makes the best use of what we already have in our kitchen. Today, we are giving leftover rotis a delicious Chinese twist and turning them into a crispy and flavourful Chinese Bhel that the whole family will love! 😋
Steps

Cut all the vegetables, ginger, green chillies and garlic into thin strips. Cut the leftover rotis into thin, long strips.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the roti strips and roast them until they become nice and crispy. Remove them onto a plate.

In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté all the vegetables, followed by ginger, green chillies and garlic, on high heat.

Add salt and all the sauces according to your taste. Toss everything well and cook the vegetables until they are slightly cooked but still crunchy. Add the crispy roti strips and gently toss everything together until the sauces are evenly coated.

Your delicious Leftover Roti Chinese Bhel is ready! Serve immediately and enjoy. It tastes absolutely yummy! 😋
Tips
1) Always sauté the vegetables on high heat to keep them crunchy.
2) Add the crispy roti strips at the very end so they stay crispy and don’t turn soggy.
