Steps

Remove the maize from the maize cob, then mix with the pre- soaked beans.

Put in a pan add water and cover, then put in a jiko for 3 or less, just make sure it is soft. If not continue cooking.

Then fry the onions in oil, they should be slightly soft. Then add the chopped tomatoes. Cook till it breaks down.

Fry for a few minutes add the boiled Githeri.

Stir. Add salt and a little water while stirring. Then dissolve royco in 1/4 cup of water and add to the Githeri.

Cover and boil it for 10 minutes.

Serve.
