Steamed Minced Pork with Egg Steamed Minced Pork with Egg
This is so delicious and simple. It’s a real comfort food and can be a one-dish meal if you add in additional vegetables :) I intentionally didn’t add any salt to the pork mince as the shoyu on top was so sufficient for us. Gem -

Soba Noodles With Pork and Green Onion Soba Noodles With Pork and Green Onion
My mother taught me to wash soba noodles very very well. This is a "kamo-seiro" using pork instead of the traditional duck.By putting the mentsuyu sauce in the frying pan after stir frying the pork, you can make even store-bought store rather rich-tasting. Even if you grate ginger and garlic, the strength of their flavor will dissipate somewhat by the time you eat the dish, so there isn't much worry about the two ingredients overpowering everything else. I recommend finely chopping both. Wash the soba noodles well by rubbing the noodles with your hands under running water, to remove any surface stickiness. For 1 serving. Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork
#mycookbookI am a porridge ‘super’ big fan since I was a kid. My mom always cooked me plain porridge with different kinds of side dishes at least 2-3 times a month. This Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork is one of the ‘must’ menus every time she made porridge. It doesn’t use a lot of various ingredients but it’s very flavorful 😋😋😋 If you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘 jenscookingdiary -

Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts and Pork with Fish Sauce
Whenever it's really hot, I don't feel like cooking, so I thought up a recipe I could make in a jiffy to re-energize my body.I had a lot of fish sauce left over, so I used it to flavor this. The exotic fragrance encourages your appetite. The key is to stir fry the pork until it's crispy and slightly browned! To enjoy the crispy texture of the bean sprouts, stir fry it quickly over high heat. As time passes moisture starts to come out of bean sprouts, so I recommend eating this right away.I like to add a lot of black pepper at the end. For 2 servings. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan
