    Get a clean pot place on heat add water pour rice allow to boil for 15min.Wash and drain rice put back on heat add little water and salt to taste

  2. 2

    Allow water in the rice to dry off.wash cucumber and round cut.

  3. 3

    Arrange in plate,it can be eaten with stew.
