  1. whole chicken(broiler)
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1/2 (1 cup)bread crumbs
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1/2 literscookng oil

    Cut chicken in to pieces and put to boil.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs and add salt put then in a bowl for coating.

  3. 3

    Take the boiled chicken and deep it in a bowl of beaten eggs and put it in bread crumbs.

    Heat cooking oil until hot and start deep frying the chicken.
