Everything's better with Scotch Bonnet on it! Sang to the tune of blue Bonnet margarine tune.

Ingredients

2 pints
  1. 30large Scotch Bonnet pepper
  2. 1 tablespoonkosher salt
  3. 2/3 quartswhite distilled vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoongranulated garlic powder
  5. 1/4 cupextra Virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Pick the peppers and wash them

  2. 2

    Store in a sterilized jar

  3. 3

    Add vinegar. Slice slits into peppers to allow air to escape. Cover with vinegar

  4. 4

    It took me about 5 months to pick enough to get this many. Add to a blender the peppers, vinegar they set in, garlic and salt.

    Liquefy the pepper transfer to your jars. Refrigerate till needed. I hope you enjoy!
