Ingredients

  1. 1 poundphyllo dough (about 450 grams)
  2. as neededHot milk,
  3. Sugar, to taste
  4. Mixed nuts
  5. Raisins
  6. Clarified butter (ghee)
  7. Cinnamon and vanilla, to taste
  8. Clotted cream or heavy cream, as desired

Steps

    Cut the phyllo dough into small pieces and toast in the oven.

  2. 2

    Grease a baking dish with ghee.

  3. 3

    Add a layer of phyllo dough, then sprinkle with mixed nuts and raisins. Add the remaining phyllo dough on top.

  4. 4

    Pour sweetened hot milk over the mixture and let it soak for 1 hour.

  5. 5

    Top with a tablespoon of ghee and a tablespoon of cream. Bake until golden and serve warm when fully cooked. Looking forward to your feedback and suggestions.
