once in a while i try out something different to avoid boring my tasting kings at home and it came out lovely; anyway i saw these lovely mushrooms in the market and immediately i got home i remembered i had 3 big bowls of different soup so i channel my inner creativity and i decided to go with stew. everybody enjoyed it
Mushroom Stew
once in a while i try out something different to avoid boring my tasting kings at home and it came out lovely; anyway i saw these lovely mushrooms in the market and immediately i got home i remembered i had 3 big bowls of different soup so i channel my inner creativity and i decided to go with stew. everybody enjoyed it

Wash and per boil chicken spice to taste and cook till its tender, turn off heat and set aside; clean and wash mushroom and set them aside

Heat up pot, add vegetable oil once it hot add onions, garlic and stir for about 2 minutes, add tomates and pepper, allow it fry for about 8 minutes or more

Add chicken and mushroom to the sauce, add salt, knorr cube stir and let it cook for another 8 minutes

Add the diced green, red and yellow bell pepper and stir and turn off heat as you want the bell pepper and much mushroom to be crunchy.

Enjoy sauce with pasta, white rice and boiled yam.
