Steps

Preheat the oven to 180c, fan 160c, gas 4. Line a large baking tray with grease proof paper.

Using and electric hand mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until place an fluffy. Add the Golden Syrup and the Maple Syrup and beat until it's all mixed in. Add the Flour and mix until a soft dough forms.

Lightly dust your hands with the excess flour, then divide the dough into as many balls as you can. Flatten slightly with your palm and place on the baking tray, leaving space for them to spread out. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden at the edges.

Remove them form the oven and leave them to cool.
