this pancake is very tasty, it's great served for breakfast, light refreshments, or a late night supper.
Steps

Place the flour, salt and an egg in a large bowl, add 120cc. water and whisk well until the mixture is lump free, then add chopped leek and chopped green onion to mix again.

Put a bit oil in a non-stick frying pan, add a half of the mixture and form it as a round pancake. Cook over medium heat until bottom side is golden brown, then flip with a spatula and cook the other side till lightly brown, then take it aside of the frying pan for using later.

Put 2 piece of thin pork meat (or bacon) in the middle of frying pan, add one mixed egg on the meat, then take back the pancake and put it on top of the meat and egg, frying until just cooked through, then flip it again, and fold the pancake in half, then coating the pancake with a very thin of oyster sauce on.

Cut each leek pancake into 3 pieces for serving, and serving hot.
