Ingredients

5 servings
  • 10 piecesboneless chicken
  • 2red capsicum
  • 2yellow capsicum
  • 2green capsicum
  • Soy sauce
  • Crushed ginger
  • 6garlic cloves
  • 10 inchskewers

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the boneless chicken into small desired sizes.

  2. 2

    Prepare your marinade put your soy sauce, crushed ginger and garlic in a bowl. Add in your chicken and leave it to marinate for atlist 3 hours.

  3. 3

    Slice your capsicums into cubes.

  4. 4

    Skewer your chicken and capsicums together. Make it decorative to your likeness.

  5. 5

    Preheat your flat cooking pan. Add a little oil and let it heat.

  6. 6

    Roast your skewers one by one. Place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

  7. 7

    Enjoy with a few friends.
