  • 1cucumber
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • 2avocados
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2table spoon olive oil

    Wash and dice all your vegetables.

  2. 2

    Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl and sprinkle some salt while you mix.

  3. 3

    Serve with your favourite dish. I took it with fried rice.
