3Tomatoes
1cucumber
1 bunchcoriander
2avocados
Pinchsalt
2table spoon olive oil

Wash and dice all your vegetables.

Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl and sprinkle some salt while you mix.

Serve with your favourite dish. I took it with fried rice.
