  • 4eggs
  • to tastesalt
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onions
  • 1/2tspn Royco
  • 1 tbspncooking oil

  1. 1

    Clean the tomatoes and onions and chop into pieces

  2. 2

    Break the eggs into a bowl and add the salt and royco beat with whisk

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil in a frying pan.

  4. 4

    Add the onions and fry till golden

  5. 5

    Add the tomatoes and stir. Cover for a few seconds.
