I really like this dish because it's very easy to make and, above all, very tasty.

Add a little salt and a little oil to a pot with 1 cup of water. When it starts to boil, add the rice. Let the water evaporate, then cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Peel the avocado and place it on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and a little salt.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the eggs, cook for 10 seconds, then remove them from the oil.
