Toasted bread topped with refried beans, melted cheese, and chorizo—in my case, soy chorizo—and served with pico de gallo salsa.

Toasted bread topped with refried beans, melted cheese, and chorizo—in my case, soy chorizo—and served with pico de gallo salsa.
Steps

Chop the soy chorizo and fry it.

Chop the onion, peppers, and tomato to make a pico de gallo salsa.
- 3
Toast the bread roll.
- 4
Spread refried beans on each half of the bread, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and add the chorizo.
- 5
Place in the oven for a few more minutes until the cheese melts. Serve with the pico de gallo salsa.
