1/2 kgbeef
3large tomatoes
1large onion
1 bunchcoriander
to tasteSalt
Cooking oil
Royco mchuzi mix(optional)

Chop onions and dice meat. Heat cooking oil in a sufuria and add onions and meat put to boil.

When the meat is soft and tender, chop tomatoes and add stir and mash them well.

Chop coriander add and stir.

Add salt and royco mchuzi mix stir and leave it to cook
5

Serve hot with ugali.
