  • Laeves of coriander
  • 1large onion
  • Baby spinach
  • Royco spices
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 cuprice
  • 2large onions

    Fry onions a little then steam the baby spinach for some few minutes to retain the taste

  2. 2

    Fry onions then add the chopped tomatoes and mush them well.

  3. 3

    Add royco and salt stir.

  4. 4

    Add 3 cups of water. Wash rice and add stir.

  5. 5

    Put coriander and leave it to cook.

  6. 6

    Ready to be served
