To make dough take one large bowl. Pour maida, baking soda, salt, dahi and ghee in it. Mix it well. Slowly Start adding water until it form firm dough. Give it a rest for 10-15 mins

For sugar syrup take sugar in pan and add double water in it. Take it to a boil and cook it until it become two thread sticky. Add Elaichi powder and saffron for additional flavour and colour.

Now make chapati of dough. Roll it and cut it into 2-3 cm pieces. Press it gently and make hole at the centre. Do not do it hard handed.

Fry it in oil until it gets nice golden brown colour.

Soak it in syrup for few mins and serve it.

Garnish it with some dryfruits slices
