Steps

Peel irish back and wash,shread irish thinly sprinkle salt.

Place pan on heat,add veg oil allow to heat for 2min then add the irish and fry continue to flip other sides until all is the same.

Reduce the oil to two table spoon.Break egg and whisk,add onion,pepper,salt and maggi mix very well.

Pour into the pan fry turn the other side untill done.

Arrange chips in a plate then add fried egg.
- 6
Enjoy the delicious meal,took it with tea.
