1 head brocolli
1carrot
4eggs
200 gchicken breast
black pepper
salt to taste
2 tbsoy sauce
3 tbolive oil

Chop all veggies in your desired shapes

Boil eggs separately

In another pot with boiling water pour veggies to boil for 5 minutes

Spice your veggies with the available salad dressing

Spice chicken with black pepper and salt and soy sauce

Fry your marinated chicken in 3tb olive oil. Spend 3minutes fried each side of chicken breast
