Cut Gaur/gavar in around 2 cm pieces. Boiled them in water and turmeric

Heat oil in kadhai and add jeera curryleaves in it. Fry garlic in it till it become brown. Later add all our spices one by one.

After adding spices add cooked gavar. And mix it well. Later add peanut powder, salt and tomato. And let it cook for 5-6 mins.

Eat it with chapati or nan.
