I found this cherry tomatoes in the market and I decide to cook with them. It was my first time.

Break the eggs and whisk using a spoon.

Put the pan over heat and add oil. Then add onions.

Add the eggs then allow to cook on both sides. Add the tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Then add the capsicum.

Stir then add coriander leaves and salt.
- 5
Let it cook for 5 mins then book Ugali and serve.
