Peel,slice and wash the potatoes and onion

Wash and slice the kales

Using a saucepan cook the onion for 2-3 minutes

Add the potatoes and cook for 3 minutes stir using a wooden spoon..

Add the pre-cooked githeri and kales....

Season with salt

Cook a while then add water to prevent it from sticking on the saucepan

Cook while stirring...

Serve while hot
