Ingredients

  • 2 glassespeas
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1capsicum
  • 2big carrots
  • 8big potatoes
  • 20 mlcooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the peas for 15 minutes with salt.peel the potatoes and leave it round.

  2. 2

    Blend with water the onion,tomatoes capsicum and garlic till fine.

  3. 3

    Put cooking oil in a pan, add carrots diced into small circles.let it cook for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and stir then pour the blended mixture to it and cover to cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Uncover and add boiled peas cover to steam for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve while hot with hot chapati.Enjoy.
