Beat the butter with the sugar.

Add the eggs one by one, the zest, the liquer and the milk.

Pour the flour slowly, till you have a rather tight dough. Make a ring with it and put it on baking paper.

Spread the whisked egg on the bread ring and sprinkle the sugar on the top.

Put a red egg in the middle.
- 6
Bake in medium temperature for 45 minutes.
