Ingredients

1 cuptrahana (traditional coarse dried mixture of semolina and dairy)
4 cupswater
salt
pepper
butter or oil
cheese (according to what you prefer, all kids of cheese will do)

Steps

Place the water in the pot and immediately, as the water is still cold, add the trahana!

Stir well over medium heat and add the salt, pepper and the butter. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly!

Finally, when it is ready, add your cheese and it is ready to serve!
