  • Halloumi from Cyprus
  • juice of 1 orange 
  • 3-4figs
  • 10 piecesgrape

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the halloumi in an iron skillet or a non-stick pan until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add the orange juice and leave it until it is reduced and thickened.

  3. 3

    Serve, placing round slices of an orange around the edge of a plate, as well as peeled figs and the grapes.
