Steps
- 1
Clean the mushrooms with a wet cloth or paper, cut them into medium-sized pieces (cut off and discard the stems that are too thick) and spread them on a baking tray.
- 2
Sprinkle with the finely chopped garlic.
- 3
Using a blender, blend the oil, the balsamic vinegar, the thyme, the salt and pepper for a while and pour over the mushrooms.
- 4
Mix the ingredients in the baking tray so that the spices and liquids are evenly distributed.
- 5
Finally add the bacon on top.
- 6
Bake in a hot oven (220°C -250°C) for 30'-35'.
- 7
Serve hot with a little lemon juice and accompany with yogurt and white wine.
- 8
Instead of balsamic vinegar you can stir in some wine and leave it a while longer in the oven until it evaporates! Bon appétit!
