Steps

Chop the sausages into chunks, and fry in a pan over a medium heat until browned.

Chop the onion and add to the pan and cook until softened.

Add 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper and the tin of chopped tomatoes to the pan, and put a pan of water on to boil for the pasta. Cook the sauce until reduced and nice and thick.

Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Add some chopped Basil to the pasta sauce at the end of cooking.

Serve the pasta covered with the sauce, and sprinkled with ground black pepper and grated Parmesan cheese.
