Ingredients

  1. 1large cuttlefish, cleaned and cut into cubes ε
  2. 3spring onions
  3. 1dry onion
  4. halfa bunch of dill
  5. 4grated tomatoes
  6. 1/2 cuptsipouro
  7. salt
  8. black pepper 
  9. 1little boukovo (hot paprika flakes)
  10. olive oil
  11. 300 gorzo

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onion in the oil, add the cuttlefish and continue for a while.

  2. 2

    Stir in the tsipouro.

  3. 3

    Add the salt and pepper, the dill and the tomato.

  4. 4

    Boil a little until the tsipouro evaporates and then add the respective boiling water for the orzo.
