1 lbChicken Breast
4 cupRaw Rice
1 packagesFrozen Stir Fry Mix
1Soy Sauce
1Garlic Powder & Pepper
PackageFrozen Shrimp Optional

Soak frozen Shrimp in cold water to defrost. Rinse Chicken breast & cube into small pieces. Season to taste both Chicken & Shrimp with pepper & garlic powder. Start cooking in a separate skillet on medium heat. Cook all the way through. Once it's completely cooked add to the stir fry mixture.

Empty your favorite bag of stir fry mix into wok or non stick pan. Start cooking on medium - high heat. Stir frequently.

Rinse raw rice & place into rice steamer. If you don't have a steamer, cook rice the old fashioned way on the stove.

Once rice is done the stir fry mix should be fully cooked. Serve over the rice with a splash of soy sauce if you like. Enjoy!
