Remove the skin of the chicken.

Wash and boil the chicken together with the onion and a bit of oil.

When the chicken boils take it off the pot, remove the bones and break it into small pieces.

Use the stock from the chicken to boil the rice, not too much, you don't want it to get pasty.

Roll out the filo pastry depending on the baking tray that you are going to use and the quantity that you want to make.

Oil the baking tray slightly and spread the first two pastry sheets that you have rolled out. Oil between the two sheets.

Mix the chicken with the rice, two spoonfuls of the stock, a bit of oil and spread into the baking tray. Cover the pie with the two remaining sheets that you have prepared.

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C
